alle vorsicht
plötzlich von uns
weichen finden
und wir das spiel
mit wind und wellen
selbst regieren,
wenn wir
tief atmend
uns mit uns´ren sinnen
und der welt
verbinden -
wie sollte welt
dann nicht
an uns´re sinne
rühren?

todo cuidado de nós
a fugir
e nós próprios reinamos
o jogo entre
vento e ondas,
quando nós
respirando profundamente
nos vamos unir
ao mundo
e ao nosso sentir ...-
como devia então
o mundo não mecher
com nossos
sentidos?
