ich bin
mein schatten.
spring über mich
zum teil. ich kann
auch unter dieser brücke
gehn, und wenn sie
brennt ...-
was soll´s: das segel
ist schon
aus dem hafen. kreuz
auf dem rücken
die finger
zum schwur und
stell mich taub
zu flüsterstimmen; warte
auf die lüge
in der treuen augen
spiegelgrüße.
ich bin
mein schatten:
nur ungern
näh ich mich
an meine füße.
ist da
ein lächeln, das mir
mehr als
dieses eine mal
verspricht?
...-
träume
und schatten
in meinem
gesicht.

////
eu sou
a minha sombra.
salto por cima de mim
por parte. também sei
andar por baixo desta ponte,
e se ela estiver a arder -
que importa: a vela
já está fora do cais. cruz
nas costas
os dedos
para a promessa e
apresento-me surdo
às vozes sussurrantes; espero
pela mentira
nos fiéis olhos
saudações de espelhos.
eu sou
a minha sombra:
com pouco gosto
me aproximo
dos meus pés.
estará aí
um sorriso, que me
promete
mais do que
esta uma vez?
...- sonhos
e sombras
no meu
rosto.

////
I am
my shadow.
jump over myself
partly. I can as well
walk below this bridge
and if it
burns -
so what: the sail
has already left
the harbour.
I cross my fingers
for the oath
behind my back and
play being deaf
to whisperings, waiting
for the lie
in the faithful eyes
to greet me as my mirror
I am
my shadow:
only grudgingly
I stitch myself
to my feet.
is there
a smile promising me
more than
this one time?
...-
dreams
and shadows
in my
face.
